Chris has always been professional in his approach and I have always felt that he was diplomatic and mediated between us the buyers and the prospective purchasers. It has been a long drawn out process but Chris kept on track and is to be congratulated on how he has handled the project to date - in a diplomatic, controlled and focused way towards the overall objective of exchange and moving forward completion.
Mark initially viewed and valued the property and has been involved (especially when Chris was on leave at one stage) He managed to take over and step in with the same level of professionalism.
