Our Job Is Twofold
Firstly, we are appointed by our client, the vendor, and as such have a duty of care to that client, always acting in their best interest with a view to obtaining the best price for them - after all they are paying our fees!
However, we do all we can to find the right properties for our buyers and treat them with transparency, fairness and respect. We cannot make a buyer pay more than they think a property is worth, but we can advise on its value, assess how right a property is for them, and endeavour to negotiate a price satisfactory to both the buyer and the seller.
We must be good at this - we have moved thousands of people over the years and many buyers as well as sellers come back and use us again, recommending us to their friends and family along the way.
We often sell properties that are not advertised here or in other media. Accordingly, we need to know that you are looking, so please do not 'hide' behind the computer screen and register your requirements by using our registration form.
If you have a property to sell before you can buy another, we strongly recommend that you start by obtaining a current valuation for your existing property before you start the search for the new one.
