About the Weybridge Team

Our Weybridge team have over 80 years of combined estate agency experience. They are all homeowners and all but one live in Weybridge having done so for many years. They provide a vast in-depth knowledge of the immediate area. They are mature, professional, dynamic and full of fun. They will make your property move more enjoyable as well as more successful.

Many Weybridge residents will remember our Joint Senior Partner Andrew Dewar, who ran the office from 1990 until 1994 after he and his Partner John Slatter acquired the residential arm of the long established general practice Curchod and Co in Weybridge. Andrew is still heavily involved in the Weybridge section of our business and regularly deals with past clients who come back for more. He is of course a little greyer than some may remember him, but no less enthusiastic about the business of property and providing outstanding customer service.

Today, Weybridge is managed by another "Scottish Andrew" - Andrew Grant. In days gone by the two Andrews were competitors but eventually, some 7 years ago, they decided that as they had so much in common, it would make much more sense to work together. And so Andrew Grant joined forces with Curchods as Branch Partner.

Andrew Grant puts the enormous success of the branch down to the fact that all the team really love what they do and have great fun along the way. They try wherever possible to deliver a “happy” atmosphere whilst ensuring they deliver professional, deep routed expertise at the same time.

Weybridge Curchods deals with properties in every price range. However it would be wrong not to mention the expertise and deep-rooted knowledge that Andrew Grant possesses of St George’s Hill. There are not many properties on The Hill that Andrew has not been involved in over the years. His connections to this segment of the Weybridge market run deep and his expertise is invaluable. Many sales on The Hill occur as a direct result of Andrew’s personal involvement. Although today HIPs regulations make “discreet” marketing a little more involved, Andrew has generated many sales this way from his connections. As a result, many properties have been sold on The Hill without anyone knowing they were ever for sale.
